The event is at the garden club in key west,
they have music, food, raffle, silent auction. and
will release some of rehabbed birds off the beach behind the garden club.
These birds were rehabbed at the center and are now ready to be free and are healthy again, so they release a few at the end of the event.

People can come to the center and walk around.
Usually volunteers are around to help answer questions about the center or our wildlife here,
what the center sees and how they handle things here. etc. It is really interesting, it's been here for a long time.
I always tell people if they enjoy wildlife
to go check it out while visiting key west.
They do amazing work, they have a lot of land and water rescues, and
it's hard, hard work in so many ways.
